If you receive the following message on your organisation's booking skin when trying to book tickets and it is not the expected behaviour:

Check Production Restrictions on the production:

Web Control Panel <YourCountry>.patronbase.com/_<YourOrgID>/Admin > Page Styling > List Details > Edit > Production Restrictions (Black Menu) > Scroll down to the bottom for sales closed from/hidden from
