To produce a door list for check-in you have got a few options:

1. You can use the Entry Attendance Report in WebHub for an interactive check-in, allowing you to click-through off the main report to view allocated seating details ag. A1, A2 etc.
OR
2. You can use the Performance Patrons Report under Online Reporting in your organisation's WCP (Web Control Panel) https://<YourCountry>.patronbase.com/_<OrgID>/Admin which is downloadable as a CSV for print and marking with a pen. This report does not allow you to view allocated seating details eg. A1, A2 etc. but does display Book Type.

3. You can use the Box Office Seating Summary Report accessible from Box Office which is available for download and print in multiple formats. This report does not allow you to view allocated seating details eg. A1, A2 etc. but does display Book Type.
OR
4. You can use the Box Office Seating List Report accessible from Box Office which is also available for download and print in multiple formats. This report allows you to view allocated seating details.
OR
5. You can use the Box Office Seating Summary Print Report accessible from Box Office which is also available for download and print in multiple formats. This report does not allow you to view allocated seating details, only the number of seats bought.

1. How to produce the Entry Attendance Report in WebHub
Go to <YourCountry.patronbase.com/_OrgID/WebHub> > login > Entry Tile
> Attendance
Select the production or event in question:
Select the performance in question:
It will list all the attendees that are booked in:
You will see from the first screen that there is a line for each ticket in the sale, marked and counted as 1 of n, e.g. 1 of 3, 2 of 3 etc:
If the Attendee Patron has been added, their name is displayed with this symbol:
otherwise the Sale Patron name is displayed with this symbol:
If the Sale is UNPAID then the SaleID number will be an active link through to WebHub Box Office where you can process a live payment
It will also show as an X in the Paid column:
If they have not been marked as ‘Arrived’ there will be a black x in the ‘Arrived’ column,
otherwise it will have:
Clicking or tapping the row will bring up a pop-up form, similar to:
If unpaid:
If Paid:
Note you cannot mark a Patron as Arrived on an Unpaid sale.
If the Patron has a Birthdate entered in their record, it will display:
If you need to get to more information on the Patron, the Patron Details button will open a new Browser tab, and open the Patron Record from within WebHub, where for example you could add a Birth Date if you gathered it at the time of Entry.
Mark as Arrived will create the in the Arrived column
Depending on the Book Type associated with the ticket you may be asked to confirm
It will also increment the count in the Occupancy Tile if you are monitoring that:
and mark as Entered within the Box Office desktop module, in the same way scanning entry does:
Note you can ‘Mark as Arrived’ after the start of the Performance
You can also search for a Patron by any string in their name:
or by Sale ID:
If you need to check on the seat numbers, click the sale number
This will display the seat details in the WebHub Box Office Online Manager
2. How to produce the Performance Patrons Report in your organisation's WCP
Go to your organisation's WCP https://<YourCountry>.patronbase.com/_<OrgID>/Admin
Go to Online Reporting:
Click on Performance Patrons:
Select the relevant Production and Performance:
You can print from here or click a button to export as CSV then print:
Note: The Performance (or Session) Patrons Report disappears offline once the event has started. |
3. How to produce the Box Office Seating Summary Report
Select the appropriate Production and Performance or Session in Box Office:
Click the Patrons button:
Select Summary:
Select Yes for the Data-Only option:
From there you can Print or Export:
4. How to produce the Box Office Seating List Report:
Select the Production and Performance in question:
Click the Patrons button:
Make your selections:
From there you can Print or Export:
