To configure when the "Almost Full" message for a performance is displayed, go to your organisation's Web Control Panel <YourCountry.patronbase.com/_<OrgID>/Admin> Then Web Module Settings > Seats (or Tickets) > Almost Full
It is possible to turn the Show "almost full" message on and off via the checkbox - don't forget to click the save settings button when you make changes.
The threshold can be set by the number of seats or the percentage of the venue (for the performance) left. In the example above the "almost full" message will appear next to a performance when there are 30 seats or fewer left for that performance.
Note: When seats are on hold the system counts those seats on hold as sold for this "almost full" threshold, as the seats cannot be sold. |
This "almost full" setting also controls the option of when to allow patrons to leave single seats during the booking process. Read more about that here: How to restrict or allow sales of single seats on the web
