If a production is showing as sold out and is not appearing in Box Office, try these things:
1. Run a cache refresh. See this article: Troubleshooting: what to do when a recent change/added event is not appearing in the Web Control Panel
2. Make sure you have finished defining the performance or performances. In the Desktop Administration Module > Productions > Edit Productions > Performances button make sure all performances have been defined.
If performances haven't finished being defined (see below) you will need to click OK to finish defining the performance
