On your organisation's booking skin, you will find a quick link to your organisation's Privacy Policy:
The Privacy Policy appears as a scrollable pop-up window when the link is clicked:
If you wish to change the default wording of this policy, you will need to go to your organisation's Web Control Panel <YourCountry.patronbase.com/_OrgID/Admin> Web Module Settings and Wording:
Search for "Privacy Policy" in the field at the very bottom of the window and click Enter. This will display all terms for "Privacy Policy" in addition to the "Privacy Policy Text" which is marked as such by a blue colour badge.
To edit this "Privacy Policy Text" click Edit.
Edit the text in the field as you see fit. Note: HTML code is utilised to assist with layout
Once you are done, click Save at the bottom of the window.
Check your work on your organisation's booking skin by refreshing cache and clicking on the Privacy Policy link . The edited text should appear. If you have any further questions or concerns please contact support.
