On your organisation's booking skin, you will find a quick link to your organisation's Terms and Conditions:
The Terms and Conditions appear as a scrollable pop-up window when the link is clicked:
If you wish to change the default wording of these Terms and Conditions, you will need to go to your organisation's Web Control Panel <YourCountry.patronbase.com/_OrgID/Admin> Web Module Settings and Wording:
Search for "Terms and Conditions" in the field at the very bottom of the window and click Enter. This will display all terms for "Terms and Conditions" in addition to the "Terms & Conditions Text" which is marked as such by a blue colour badge.
To edit this "Terms & Conditions Text" click Edit.
Edit the text in the field as you see fit. Note: HTML code is utilised to assist with layout
Once you are done, click Save at the bottom of the window.
Check your work on your organisation's booking skin by refreshing cache and clicking on the Terms & Conditions link. The edited text should appear. If you have any further questions or concerns please contact support.
